On 2013-2014 he joined the intensive post graduate course on labor law organized by the University of Milan.

On 2014-2015 and 2016-2017 he attended a specialized program in labor law organized by the University of Milan.

He has been dealing with labor law and trade union law since the beginning of his professional training, developing broad and specific skills in the field.

Since January 2018 he has been a member of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers.

From September 2019 to March 2023 he was a member of the Youth Commission of the Milan Bar Association.

Since February 2020 he has been a member of the Practice Assessment Commission of the Milan Bar Association.

From June 2021 to June 2023 he was President of AGAM – Milan Young Lawyers Association.

In May 2022 he was elected as Delegate to the XXXV National Forensic Congress.

Since March 2023 he has been Secretary of the Labor Law Commission of the Milan Bar Association.

Since May 2023 he has been a member of AIDLASS Forense – Italian Forensic Association of Labor and Social Security Law.

Since June 2023 he has been National Councilor of AGAM.

Since September 2023 he has been the representative of the Milan Bar Association in the Young Lawyers Commission of the National Bar Council

Since December 2023 he has been a member of the National Board of AIGA – Italian Association of Young Lawyers

He has organized and participated, as a speaker, in numerous courses and conferences on labor law.
